Join me for day 1 of our 7 day Yoga Warrior Program!
Strengthen our legs today, core tomorrow, and chest\shoulders\arms the third day.
Fourth day we gain some flexibility in our legs, fifth day we twist and backbend, 6th day shoulder and heart openers.
7th day; for integration!

    Interesting. While i usually prefer slow hata yoga, this was very effective to get centered or grounded! I have been meditating vipassana daily, but stopped 2 months ago. Now i feel like im missing that very intense observing of myself, as it is, again! Thats a great motivation! Looking foreward to the warrior series!
