We tend to think that the experiences that we have that are just for us are inherently “Selfish.”  But, we so often need to take this time to fully and completely experience this here and now, in order to hold space for others to also find their own bliss.  Go deep into your here, and take time for your now, and see if that allows you more space on this journey toward happiness.
