Guided meditation into the concept and experience of the 8 limbs of Yoga. Moving through yamas and niyamas, we find our asana (our seat) our pranayama (our breath) and pratyahara (withdrawal of the senses) we begin to make space for the last 3 limbs:
Dharana (concentration), Dhyana (Meditation), and Samadhi (the indescribable state)
Which I don’t like to spend much time talking about, but holding space to experience. So that we might not get so stuck in our heads, I continue on with Voice, Sound, and Mantra.
