A ten minute guided meditation when we feel like we cannot concentrate because of all of the distractions of life!  All of our emails, all of our work, all of our bills, all of our neighbors, all of our responsibilites… our constant distractions from our breath.  Take a little time to sit, breathe, and let them go.
