    Great video! I especially liked the production (camerawork, music, your look,), but the exercise was great too. You gave good detail for the postures.

    Nowadays, I like tea in the mornings. It can get me to the mat, then yoga does the rest. If it gets colder, I may go back to coffee, or even hot chocolate 😉
